Soludo's Solid Response To Madam.
Wow!!! I think that is the first thing you say after reading the response from the former governor of CBN, Charles Soludo. Though this article is highly lengthy but was also extra solid. It was a good article to enlighten Nigerians on the downfall of our economy. I suggest you all should read it.
To make it easy for those who hate lengthy articles, the first part talks about Soludo's achievement which was applauded by two past presidents Obasanjo and Y'ardua. The other part tends to address the economical issues raised by both parties. The highlighted part will also help your reading. Read the Response below....
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and the Missing Trillions (1) Chukwuma Charles Soludo
I read some of the responses to my article, “Buhari vs Jonathan: Beyond the Election”, and I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the debate. I am glad that the debate has finally taken off. I have decided, for the record, to re-enter the debate if only to set some records straight and hopefully elevate the debate further. Whom do I respond to? First, let me thank Gov Kayode Fayemi for his very mature and professional response on behalf of the APC. It forms a great basis for deepening the conversation. Pat Utomi, Oby Ezekwesili, Iyabo Obasanjo, and thousands of other patriotic Nigerians have raised the content of the debate. Femi Fani-Kayode made me laugh, as usual.

Why do Nigerian Girls date Married Me? Onyeka Ibeanusi tells us why
Why do Nigerian Ladies date Married men? Musician and social commentator, Onyeka Ibeanusi, takes on this topic.
This controversial topic has been a subject of regular argument without any credible answer. You may have wondered why a beautiful young, presumably intelligent girl will leave a trail of young and energetic young men running after her to pitch her tent with a married man. Someone she is fully aware belong to someone else. This phenomenon has led established female celebrities who are considered screen goddesses of some sort to end up marrying old men. Sometimes as second, third or even fourth wives. There is no need to go into details because the list is endless.

HAppy NeW MoNth.... The Leaders time
Dear lovelies, happy new month. I am so sorry it is coming late. This month is a month of love and so much Grace. I ask in the name of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit that he will make us worthy stewards that we will experience his love in full measure Amen.
In this month I encourage us all to be the humble leaders, to be less of yourself and more of who sent you. A leader that guides people to do the right thing. Each one of us is born to lead, even in your small family you are a leader. let the principle of Jesus as a leader on earth be our own principle. A true leader shows his attributes by the way he lives his life, let our leadership style be devoid of pride, envy, and selfishness. May God teach us how to lead our hearts and lives, Amen. Good morning lovelies. How are you doing? *Blushing* I know its been days but am here now. Word for Today(WFT), I had two words that came to me but I will choose this because it came on Strong.
I was appreciating God for the things he had done for me in this month and how marvelous it is in my eyes when something came to me. The question said "Are you ready for what God is about to do in 2015? My dear like every person that wants something good, I vocally said "God I am ready". After I had replied, I began to weigh the weight of my answer. It means am ready for the good, the bad, the disappointments, the tears, the Joy, the laughter etc. Hmmm, and yes I stood my ground, I am ready for it all.

WFT: Drop it at my Feet
Good morning, you. hope you had a goodnight and a nice weekend? I want to tell you what happened to me this morning. As usual I left home early so I don't get caught up in traffic so I can get to my day job by 8am. So when we were few min away from the park , the bus emitted odour which got me worried. It took the watchful eye of another passenger to call our attention to smoke emitting from the bus. In few minutes, our attention was called to the burning tyre of the bus by other motorist. Everyone started shouting, open the door let me come down! Even the man sleeping beside me was the first one down. But I thank God we all came down safely, no harm was done both to the people and bus.
Before this supposed incident I was reading my bible on my phone since that is the time I get every morning. One of the few things I am learning in this year is to "Drop it all at his feet", not to fret nor fear. whatever it is to take it all to him, One day at a time and I believe everything will work out fine. He will not suffer my foot to be moved (Psalm 121:3,4). All I know is that his thoughts towards you and I is good(Jer 29:11) that is why I drop it at his feet. He knows it all, he is supreme so I fear not.
I pray that we all learn to drop it at his feet too today and always. Amen.
Have a lovely week lovelies

Be the Change you want
Change is one very important thing that is constant in life. When you hear people say "I really want to change" it is true but what are they changing into?
There is something I try to do with the people in my life, when I have a fight with my friends especially when I go all ballistic "crazy", when they don't reach out to me, I reach out to them. I do that because I love them, then I cant really imagine not talking to them I will totally feel strange and there is also the conscience judging me. Few years ago, I wasn't like that. Trust us ladies we like malice pass fight. So there was a need for me to change because I can't tell two fighting neighbours to unite when am still fighting with my neighbour. For the Change I needed to see, I had to change first.
Often around you, you are going to ask people to change but I tell you, if you do not possess the change you desire in them then you are just another "barkless dog". To change the world, you need to change yourself. You transform the world, by changing yourself, home, family, your community before you change the world.
And Like Gandhi, any leader who wants to transform or bring about any change should have reflected these changes in his personalities. Gandhi lived the change he wanted, let every leader, you and I live the change we want. Transformation or Change are not mere words of bread and butter but it is a longing desire of people seeking desperate freedom.
And in our desire for change lets not be desperate to make these changes for the wrong reasons. Let this change be of light and freedom. A transformation of secured future for the yet unborn. Let a positive change begin from everyman who desires change.
The next time to tell you about Transformation or Change, Ask them how what they want to change and how they intended to change it? And assess them to determine if they really emit change? The future belongs to us, the future is here. Be a change today.
Young and In Love
Title-From the White Cliffs
Young and in love - how magical the phrase!
How magical the fact! Who has not yearned
Over young lovers when to their amaze
They fall in Love, and find their love returned,
And the Lights brighten, and their eyes are clear
To see God's image in their common clay.
Is it the music of the spheres they hear?
Is it the prelude to that noble play
The drama of Joined Lives?
Alice Duer Miller
For every young couple out there, it is beautiful to be young and in love. Taking the first step to be in love shows inner strength and beauty. #I Believe - The series
Everything that we have become is because we believe. I believe that within me there is a Lion beneath the cub. And if you doubt there is a lion with you, it is okay because that is who you believe you are. Believing in yourself over rides fear and brings in confidence and courage.
believing in yourself is the first move to success.
Happy weekend people

#I am Baga: How the deadliest Boko Haram attack was Unreported
January 3rd, 2015, the deadly book haram group attacked and killed both men and women in a North-eastern state in Nigeria.
The people of Baga were murdered in cold blood, resulting to thousands of people being killed though the Spokes person for the Nigerian Military said it is only 150 people who were killed.
it is disturbing that the incident at Baga was unreported by the Nigeria media, Africa and International media. There has been no credible report by the Nigeria media about the events that took place in Baga , no follow-up, no leads. The Charlie Hebdo Incident which happened in the latter attracted more concern and empathy than the Baga Incident. And there is a huge shift in the reportage of this two stories both by the local and international media. And it feels as if the Lives of the men and women who died in Baga did not count for something. #IamBaga#IamNigeria.

#9months in memory: Remenbering the Chibok Girls'
This is another 14th remembering the missing girls and many others who were taken after them. It is 9months in history, and our sisters are still out there and we are in oblivion of their where about or what is happening to them.
#BringBackOurGirls, Words are not enough to represent how their long absence from home has affected their parents, the nation and the entire girl-child.
#BringBackOurGirls, every child deserves a chance to be educated in the best possible environment.
#BringBackOurGirls, we plea for leaders all over the world to help in finding our sisters. we ask for their support to secure the freedom of every girl-child held in captivity.
#BringBackOurGirls, we ask that laws are made to protect the sensitivity of the girl-child against inhumane treatment.
#BringBackOurGirls, We continue to pray and await for the release and arrival of our sisters.
#BringBackourGirls, may the hope of the missing children be kept alive long enough to bring them home.
#BringBackOurGirls. #9months in memory.
Daily Guide: The things life teaches us.
Life is the greatest instrument for teaching. From her we learn how to live and survive.
Life teaches that all fingers are not equal. Do not envy the shortest or the longest finger for they have their strengths and weakness.
Life teaches that you need only friends who believe in you and your will to succeed instead of a multitude of wolves.
Life taught me to Love without holding anything back but to give my all.
Life taught me to believe in miracles wherever I am that it will find me even when hope is rare.
Life taught me not to Love anything more than I love the maker of heaven and earth.
Life teaches me not to give a damn about what people say about my Vision as long as my purpose is known.
Life teaches that communication is the strongest tool for a loving couple.
Life teaches that only until we find our purpose we may only be existing not living.
Life teaches that in Love, Distance or closeness is not the question but a committed heart.
Life taught me that each time I cried it is not because I am weak but I am stronger with every drop.
Life teaches that every mistake is a lesson to take.
Life taught me that Love is all about choice, commitment.
Life teaches us to love each one as our own self.
Life teaches that what I want to see in others should be seen in me.
Life teaches that pain should not define me.
Life teaches that every piece I write should make a difference.
Life teaches us learn from everyone around us no matter how young or old they are. We are never too old to learn

WFT: What do you LOVE more than him?
Hello, Good Morning beautiful, hope you had a lovely night rest. To start the week today I want to bring you the Word For Today(WFT) from a movie I saw yesterday morning.
Paper dream is about a couple who wanted to have kids but could not have one and all their friends had kids. The wife desperately wanted a child, so they opted for adoption but the wife wanted a newborn baby so they needed a birth mother and they got one. Somehow along the way after they had prepared for the arrival of the baby, the birth mother decided to abort the child and the couple lost that chance. The woman was so frustrated and she told her husband she would stop going to church, the husband closed his bible and asked why. She said she couldn't pretend any more that she wants a child more than anything in the world and the husband said that is the problem. The husband further told her, "when I met you for the first time, you didn't care about anything else, you loved God more than everything else and you were free", she was touched by those words. That night her sister who had three kids lost her hubby to an accident. She was hurt by what happened to her sister but above all she learnt to appreciate what she had.
Am so sorry that my story is Long but the question is what do you Love more than God? What do you want so bad that you will want to give up God to show your spite?
Christ is supreme, we can not afford to share his love with anything else. Imagine when you see your spouse with the opposite sex, you feel jealous. Imagine how God feels when we devout no time to him and all time to chase money, marriage, or children, he is not happy.
When we put him at the center of our life everything will work for our Good.
In this week, learn to Love God more than everything else. If that contract will be yours it will be if not let the will of the most high be done.
Have a lovely week

Love Story: UNTITLED
Sometime in 2014 i wrote a piece on love, in case you missed it CLICK HERE. On today's edition of Love story, am thinking where is Love in today's relationships and marriages?
I was speaking to a friend who was about to get married then, we spoke a lot and i eventually asked her but you Love him? And she answered by saying Love, that there is love only at the beginning of the relationship once you get married no love. So at this point I was surprised at her response i tried to counter her but she became defensive.
Love is lost in relationships and is seem there is no solution of any sort. Women and ladies are rushing into relationships only with one vision to get the ring and the men coming into relationships because they are too old to be single. Certainly, my description is not for all marriages and relationships. But in a country where we have the highest number of women cheating then i think we have only 20% of Love guided relationships. Linda Ikeji Asks, Should I Take Political Adverts?
*
I just dropped by Linda Ikeji's blog and she was asking her readers if she could take political adverts and she said she was confused. According to the blogger she said the money is good*eyepoppingout
Hmmm, can you be confused about legal money my people.
To share my thoughts on the matter, I think it was a good idea to ask her readers about their Opinion on the matter at least it gave people like me the opportunity to write on it. My answer is she should take the political ads as long as she is not partisan though underneath we know Linda's party. She is a media outlet so she should run advertorials. The blogger also hinted that all political parties are coming not just PDP, it is a good deal as long as she does not crowd her blog with too much of their political Jargons to obstruct the purpose of her site.
Bloggers, please if they come to you publish their ads,you are making a living. You know your candidate. A better Nigeria is all we ask for.
Dear Linda Ikeji, if the money is too much please push it over here*lols*
Well readers you have the final say should Linda Ikeji and other bloggers take adverts from Political Parties and their supporters? Share your opinion so we know.
