Inspire....

I am strong because I know my weakness
I am beautiful because I am aware of my Flaws.
I am fearless because I learn to recognize illusion from real.
I am wise because I learn from my mistakes.
I am a lover because I have felt hate
I can laugh because I have known sadness.

Remember that everything is possible through Christ.

Do have a lovely week.

“We are currently disputing the guilty verdict and I am confident my client will be a free man here shortly,” said attorney Tom Downey. “Horner was just using his best judgement according to his rights and religious freedom in this country.”

He Stands By Us 1

Sometimes, I get things so wrong and it breaks me when I have to go against him. I often try to figure out what he is thinking and patronize him with sweet words. I say to him," I no you are really angry with me, I no I shouldn't have done it, it is wrong. I am sorry, will you forgive me?" And I will be kneeling waiting for his answer, you know why because I know he stands with me.

A Better Prayer

One man, too inebriated to drive, was walking home along railroad tracks when his foot suddenly became stuck. He pulled and tugged, but could not free it from the tracks.

Then he heard a noise and turned around to see an oncoming train. In a panic, he prayed. "Dear God, please get my foot out of these tracks and I'll stop drinking."

Wake up President Buhari Written By Etcetera

This is a piece written by Etcetera....

Wake up, President Buhari. Get in the game; you have left the door open for more Federal Government bailout. The question is, why would the Federal Government get involved? And, beyond that, why should it? Can the Federal Government really help a state like Osun? Hell no!! The predicament of these states is due primarily to two causes. One is mismanagement, which has amounted to billions of their total shortfall. The second is the money that was borrowed through the years for unseen projects and other unnecessary obligations. Disappearing jobs, empty factories have all played a role, too.

NDLEA's Interception of $2.1Million In Abuja, May be False

A story made headline this morning that NDLEA intercepted a man with $2.1million. I did not report this you can find it on major blogs like LIB, NL etc. But a Nairalander has indicated that this story may be false. See the Analysis Below....
Well, unfortunately the story is not true. Take a look at the points illustrated on the following pictures

The "NK" on that banner is LIKELY to be an insignia of the word "BANK" meaning that the photograph was taken in a bank.

Secondly, the counting machine on the table near the said Dollars is used mostly in banks and other institutions.
What in the world will a counting machine be used for in the NDLEA for? Counting marijuana leaves??

Julius Agwu Survives Brain Surgery In America-See details

The ace comedian Julius Agwu who has been ill for sometime, underwent a brain surgery in US in May. This Story is credited to Yes International Magazine. Read details below;

7 minutes had just jumped past the hour of 12 when I arrived his residence (in highbrow Lekki Phase 1, Lagos) that Sunday, June 21, 2015. It was drizzling and so the street looked deserted.
A hard knock on his gate and the security man came rushing out; sleepy-eyed and of course sad.
In fact, so sad because his sleep had been rudely interrupted. With the frown still occupying his face, he asked who I wanted to see; I said Julius and he went back to his room.
However, before he could reach him on the intercom, I already had Julius’ voice on my phone, which I handed over to him. ‘Open!’ He said, and the security man immediately ushered me into the compound, and from there the sitting room.

Walking Through Life.

An unusual thing happened to me a few years ago. I spoke casually with a woman who served tables at a restaurant I frequented. We knew each other by first name only, but usually chatted for a few minutes each time I dined there.

One day, she asked me, “Do you have a son about eight years old?”

'What has he done?' I thought. I nodded yes.

She pressed on. “Does he play soccer?”

When I said that he did, she asked if he played in a game the previous week at a particular field. Again, I answered, “Yes.”

“I thought so,” she smiled. “I saw him and thought he must be your son.”
