Infanticide: 5 Dead Bodies of Babies Found in the Freezer

Police in Bordeaux, France has found the dead bodies of five(5) babies in the freezer on Thursday morning.
According to reports, a 40 year old man who is the woman's husband found the first baby in a freezer bag on Thursday morning. While the police discovered the other 4(Four)  frozen dead bodies in a freezer in the family home.

The 40 year old man was taken into custody while the 35year old woman is being hospitalized for psychiatric and gynecological examinations.
The woman's husband said he had not known about the pregnancy or the deaths. The couple is reported to have two daughters, aged 13 and 15, and to have led a normal routine life.

Another source close to the investigation said the mother had apparently 'given birth at home alone' before killing her infants.

Autopsies are being performed to know if the babies were born alive.

The country's worst case of infanticide was in 2010 when a mother in the village of Villers-au-Tertre in northwestern France was found to have killed eight of her babies.
