As the day’s draws close for the election, it
is expedient to warn INEC about the impending disaster waiting to happen if the
card readers are used in the March/April 2015 Elections. INEC should be warned
because there are manipulations on the card readers been spear-headed by the
opposition party APC. The APC as a party has continued to have secret meetings on
how to win the upcoming election by force through rigging.
Nigerians should not trust the fake agent of
change masked around the APC propaganda. The APC was against the postponement of the
February 14th election, reasons being
because they have orchestrated the manipulation of the card readers and they
even went ahead to print their own fake
PVCs which they plan to use in rigging
the election. But the timely intervention of Prof Attahiru Jega, who admitted
before the National Assembly that over one million PVCs are yet to be printed
in faraway China. According to
the INEC boss the call for postponement was a real blessing in disguise, because
of the inadequate preparation from INEC in distributing the PVCs and the
constant bombing in the North-East. Yet, the opposition party APC has blamed the
Presidency and PDP for postponing the election, which was done at the
discretion of the INEC boss.

The card reader is another means for the opposition party to disenfranchise many Nigerians. The opposition party has seen the failure of card readers during the mock exercise, and is still insisting that we use it for the election. If the card readers should be used many Nigerians will be disenfranchised even when they are registered to vote. During the mock exercise the card readers rejected and refused to recognize the thumbprint of eligible voters. The card readers have also proved incompetent due to its need for frequent chargeable batteries. Nigeria is still facing electricity challenge and some of the remote area where there is no electricity to charge the card readers many Nigerians will be disenfranchised in these areas.

What the opposition fails to understand is that
PDP is not afraid of the election, PDP is ready for this election compared to
any party but as a party we believe in free and fair elections. All Nigerians
who have their PVCs or TVCs should be given the opportunity to vote for their selected
candidates. As a party we don’t want this election to be shifted again what we want is for every Nigerians with their PVCs
or TVCs to be part of the transformation by the People’s Party (PDP).
The Goodluck Jonathan administration has really
performed better in many sectors. Nigerians should be grateful to a humble and
lovely president who believes in transformation of our great country into a
better nation despite the distraction from Boko haram and propaganda of APC. The
President has ensured that the country stays in peace and united against all
odds. PDP governors have also performed enormously in all the states they
govern. If you go to states like
Akaw-Ibom,Jigawa, Niger,Enugu, Delta, Gombe,Katsina,Ondo, Ekiti, Cross River,
Ebonyi, Abia etc you will see the great
performance of this PDP governors in their state, yet APC with their propaganda
keep deceiving Nigerians about their fake change.
Nigerians should not be deceived by the chant
mantra of change propagated by the opposition. Buhari keeps deceiving Nigerians
about fighting corruption, when the people campaigning for him are the most corrupt
citizenof Nigerian(MCCN). Even Buhari who claim that that he is agent of change
can’t even provide his Secondary School certificate, a
man cannot change what he does not have. The opposition candidate is trailed by lies of certificate, loan for campaigns and even his general living standard. We believe that an agent of change should also be a man of integrity.
Nigerians, the Man for this match is Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, he will not drop down halfway, he will go with Nigerians till the end. Goodluck Jonathan has fulfilled and is fulfilling the promise he made to Nigerians. Vote Goodluck for transformation
