The #BRINGBACKOURGIRLS protest started early in the morning in Abuja despite the rain. The women did not mind being drenched in the rain. The protest was led by former minister Oby Ezekwesili, also supported by civil society groups.
Also in Lagos, people came out in their thousands for the solidarity work. Some celebrities showed up to add colour to the walk, see more pictures below
