Radio Biafra Hit Airwaves In Nigerdelta and Other states

According to daily post, a strange radio station operating from an unknown location has hit the airwaves in Rivers State with the name ‘Radio Biafra’, on 88.0Fm Channel.
The location of the radio station as well as its mode of operation is yet to be ascertained.
The Radio Biafra has only one familiar voice, who calls himself ‘Director’. He frequently refers to the listeners as the Indigenous People of Biafra.

Radio Biafra is in the following places;

Jonathan, Obasanjo and Amaechi Reconciles- The Sun

The  Sunnews reports that President Jonathan, Former President Obasanjo and the Governor of Rivers state Chibuike  Amaechi have reconciled even if it is for the camera, hmmmm.
The trio were seen together at the council of state meeting which held yesterday May 12th at the Presidential villa.
Before the commencement of the Council meeting, the governors across party divide were seen joking, back slapping one another and discussing in groups.
President Jonathan was also seen laughing, shaking  and holding hands with Obasanjo.
But the one that caught everyone’s attention was when the President, while waiting for the valedictory photo-session at the fore court of the Presidential Villa,  had a handshake with the governors around him, and on sighting Amaechi, playfully hit him severally, with his fist on the shoulder and the Rivers State governor bowed, laughing and holding the President’s hand all the while, saying “Your Excellency.”

Crazy World: Woman treks to Abuja From Minna with her 1 month old baby

In my article about two days ago titled the lost trekkers, I asked how many more people will trek and it looks as if this treks are far from over.

A 35year old woman Mrs Alice Daniel has left her husbands house with her 40 day old baby to trek from Minna to Abuja to congratulate the president elect- Buhari.
Mrs. Alice said her Husband said he had a dream that President Jonathan would lose the election. But she told the husband that an  incumbent president cannot lose the Presidential election and she made a bet that if Jonathan lost, she would trek from Minna to Abuja to personally congratulate Pres. elect, Buhari. She made this bet when she was heavily pregnant with her now new born daughter.

14year old girl confesses to having sex with boyfriend, Parents disagree

A 14 year old girl named Jibola(pen name) has confessed that she willingly had sex in a hotel on Omotulu Street, Amukoko Lagos with her 19 year old boyfriend Abib Muftau who she has been dating since September 2014. Muftau is being accused of having sex with Jibola without he consent. Her parents have refused to believe that Jibola gave in rather they said Abib ricked her with marriage proposal.

In statement made by Jibola, she said she and the suspect had been dating each other for eight months. She also stated that Muftau did not have sex with her under duress.

Jonathan Appoints Emir of Kano, Sanusi, As Pro-Chancellor of UNIBEN

The former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has been appointed as the pro-chancellor of the University of Benin, Edo State.
The Emir received his appointment letter on Monday from the Minister of Education, Ibrahim Shekarau. The Emir was pleased with his new appointment and encouraged all to do good.
The Emir is quoted as saying, 

"It is good to always do good. “I’m saying this because as the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria then, I came to the rescue of the university by spending N500 million to construct a bridge yearned for by the university for over 30 years.

“If at that time one told me I would reap the reward of that job almost immediately I would not agree, but today, in Allah’s favour, I’m being appointed the pro-chancellor of the university, something that is telling one that he should always think of being good not only to his close people but to everybody far and near,” he said.

In less than 3weeks since Nepal was hit with an earthquake, the Asian Nation has been hit once again Tuesday morning with a 7.3 magnitude quake. The northern part of India was said to be affected as well.
According to Reuters, & people have been confirmed dead and about 981 injured. God help Nepal.

After my discussion with her husband, i realise that she actually needs more than the 6 Million she is asking for. The said amount DOES NOT include transportation to India, feeding, accommodation and paying... of the donor. So in the actual sense we are looking at nothing less than 10 MILLION.

The Lost Trekkers:How Many more will Trek?

Yes, I had to ask, How many more will trek before the handover come May 29th. When  Hasheem Suleiman started this walk(trek) in April from Lagos to Abuja in honor of  the President Elect Buhari it was considered one of the rarest things to be done and it was okay.
But now, everyone wants to trek, where are they trekking to, what for? to achieve what ? This afternoon another trekking news emerged. The man by the right wants to trek from Abeokuta to Lagos for Tinubu and others, for what? Another man is trekking to Akoko-Edo in Edo state from Lagos to celebrate the fact that his senator was not returned to the National assembly.

Is this for showmanship or a selfless service? People die everyday no one comes out to trek, Nigerians are killed daily in diaspora you do not trek, the Chibok Girls were kidnapped over a year ago, you didn't trek, Billions of Naira, get missing while you sleep you don't trek, We don't have light in Nigeria we do not trek, You do not have a Job you don't trek then Someone wins or loses an election, You begin to trek.
Brother, please how much were you paid? This shows what is important to us as Nigerians,
We have what is referred to as misplaced priority. They are a bunch of Lost TREKKERS.
We need to get it right as Nigerians if not our leaders we always play on this stupidity we display. We should not trade our Integrity and right for money. We can make better choices than trekking for them.

A farewell service and thanksgiving was held for the President and his family at the Cathedral Church of the Advent, Life Camp, Gwarinpa, Abuja. President Jonathan  who spoke during the reception thanked Nigerians for giving him the opportunity to serve. Nigeria Visa Costs N100 to N200 In 13 Countries

It is being reported that the Nigeria visa is being sold at a very ridiculous, and low price. While Nigerians pay handsomely for foreign Visa it is reported that 13 countries Pay as low as one dollar for a Nigerian Visa.  
The Punch reports, if what the NIS displays on the website is anything to go by, nationals of Mauritania, Monaco, Morroco, New Zealand, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Burma, Dominican, Chile and Colombia are charged between N100 and N 200 for a single-entry Nigerian visa. For those applying for multiple entries, the fee is multiplied by the number of entries they are seeking.

Weighed against the current exchange rate, it implies that a Nigerian visa is still going for half a dollar or a little above that.

Generous C.Ronaldo Donates 7Million Euros to Nepal.

The generous Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo has donated a handsome sum of 7 million Euros(€5m) to help the aid effort in Nepal.

France sports magazine said, the 30 year old forward handed the sum of money to "save the children" charitable organisation which is the organisation the surviors of the earthquake that struck Nepal last month.
It is reported that Ronaldo also called on his 100million facebook friends last month to donate to the children charity.

8Year Old Boy Found In a Suitcase in Spain

Are African countries that bad? The way we all want to go abroad and stay is alarming.

The Spanish police has found an eight year old boy from Ivory coast in a Suitcase. The 8year old boy named Abou paid a 19year old lady to carry the suitcase so that he will reunite with his son in Ceuta-Spain when he arrives. 
According to Spanish news agency, said the boy's father, also named Abou, had travelled back to Ivory Coast to pick him up, having moved to Gran Canaria in 2013.
The father then reportedly paid the Moroccan courier to carry the suitcase. A police spokesman told Efe: "She seemed to hesitate, and it looked as though she didn't want to come through the border.

If we really gave these responses there will be less AIDS been passed around but from a 14 year old hmmmmm. I still support abstinence though.

A class assignment was given to some students to bring possible responses to excuses which partners could make for refusing to wear a condom.
And a bold teenager, Mariah Fridman got suspended for bringing in the answers you see on the sheet.

The homework was titled ‘Objection to Condoms’, they had asked pupils to list their own responses to various excuses potential partners may give.

Some of the excuses from a partner and response from Mariah includes..

BREAKING NEWS: Boko Haram Storms Yobe School Kills 3, Injured 20

 

Three students were killed with at least twenty others injured when Boko Haram attacked the college of Administrative and Business Study ( CABS), Potiskum in Yobe State. According to reports the insurgents stormed the school around 8:30am Friday, today.

A reliable source who witnessed the Book Haram onslaught said, the heavily armed insurgents numbering about five entered the school through the main gate after killing the security guard and opened fire on students killing three of them.
The source added that, one of the insurgents died as a result of I.E.D strapped to his chest that exploded, and injured over twenty students. As at the time of filling this report, medical workers were busy evacuating the victims. - Vanguard.

4 Nigerians win British parliamentary Seats

Four Nigerians who were contesting for various seats in the British parliament have won all seats.
Chuka Umunna won the elections to represent Streatham while Helen Grant won the seat for Member of Parliament representing Maidstone and The Weald.  Kate Osamor won the seat for Edmonton in North London while Chi Onwurah won the seat for New Castle upon Tyne Central.
