Splendour was accompanied by her parents Rev. and Mrs Joe King Abisoye to the Defence headquarters, where she stated that she was inspired to write the book as a result of the issue of terrorism occurrences in Nigeria and her interactions with children at the Internally Displaced Persons Camp (IDPs) when she visited them.

She noted that the minds of these young ones have been debased by the events around them. Splendour indicated that many of them were said to prefer to join Boko Haram group so as to be protected. She said these terrorists were once children and only proper education could guarantee a terror free society. She however sought to use the Defence Headquarters as a platform to reach out to other stakeholders in the fight against terrorism in the distribution of her books and to send them to all IDP camps, Almajiri schools and all military schools in Nigeria.
